UNL Feminism Club
Join the UNL Feminism club for their second meeting as they build community with discussions, advocacy and a game night. The group will be meeting in the Nebraska Union on April 1 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Pi Alpha Chi
Join Pi Alpha Chi for a Taco Tuesday on April 1 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Newman Center in Rosary Hall. Tickets will be $5 from a Pi Chi member or $6 at the door. They will be serving walking tacos to raise money for St. Gianna's Woman's Home.
Yazidi Community Club
The Yazidi Community Club will be hosting a night full of fun activities ranging from Pictionary to a FIFA and card games tournament. Join them at the Union from 5 to 7 p.m. on April 2.
Hillel/Jewish Student Association
Grab a free bagel and help support the fight against antisemitism and other forms of hate and discrimination with the Hillel/Jewish Student Association between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at the Union on April 3.
Insect Science Club
Bugs and Bones, what's more to love? Come along with Insect Science Club on a behind the scenes tour of the University of Nebraska State Museum's Invertebrate Paleontology and Entomology Collections. Learn all about the collection's history, maintenance, and current research with the group at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday April 3.
Phi Mu and Phi Kappa Theta
Stop by Milkshakes for Miracles at the Phi Kappa Theta House from 5 to 9 p.m. on April 4. All proceeds will be going to Children’s Nebraska.
UNL Fast Pitch Softball Club
The UNL Fast Pitch Softball Club will be playing three games against conference rival Wayne State on April 5. The games will all be at Fleming Fields and will begin at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively.
Women in Tech Society
Come and play freeze tag with water squirters at April Showers with AOE! Students/faculty/community members can register a team (of 8-10) for $8/member in advance or $10/member at the door. Spectators can attend for $5 a ticket from an AOE member or $6 at the door. All tickets include entry, a free raffle ticket, and a cup of Dairy Store ice cream. Along with other prizes, the winning team will also receive a $50 donation to an organization of their choice. The rest of the proceeds will benefit the YMCA STEM program. The event will take place at Vine Fields from 3 to 5 p.m. on April 5.
Delta Xi Nu
Delta Xi Nu will be hosting their annual Don’t Forget About Us Philanthropy Banquet and Raffle on April 5. Each year the banquet chooses an organization to donate the proceeds to. This year they will be dedicating their attention to the Prevention of Missing and Exploited Children. All proceeds of DFAU 2025 will be going to The Clyde Malone Community Center, a Lincoln-based non-profit working to eradicate multigenerational poverty, and their Breaking the Cycle for Progressive Growth Capital Campaign.
Indian Students Association
Students will be able to celebrate the spirit of unity in diversity during ISO’s Holi Celebration. The event will also provide an opportunity for participants to learn about the traditions of the festival. International students from South Asia along with domestic students with a South Asian heritage will be able to celebrate their traditional festival and immerse in their own cultural backgrounds. Students will be able to enjoy free Indian cuisine as a form of cultural immersion. Join ISO between 1 and 5:30 p.m. on April 5 in the Cather Greenspace.
UNL Formula 1 Club
Get together with the UNL F1 club to watch the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix in the Multipurpose Room at the University Suites. The group will meet at 11:45 p.m. on April 5, until the end of the race, around 2:15 a.m. on April 6.
