Steps to Create a New RSO
- Schedule a quick introductory meeting, contact Mike Jackson or Isabella Flamel for more details.
- Create a Constitution. Your group will receive the Constitution Template at the introductory meeting.
- Two (2) of your RSO members - President and Primary Programmer - need to attend Annual Orientation.
- Your Treasurer will need to attend Treasurer Training.
- Begin looking for five (5) members and an Advisor to become members of your RSO.
- Create a free RSO lockup using UNL Lockup Factory.
- Submit your New RSO Registration Form on NvolveU to await approval by ASUN.
Once Your RSO Is Approved by ASUN
- Attend a Welcome Meeting at Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLICE) office.
- Attend a Progress Check Meeting, usually 2-3 months after operating independently.
