Keeping Your RSO in Compliance

To maintain recognition with ASUN and SLICE, RSOs must renew annually through NvolveU. Non-compliance results in loss of access to University resources, event registration, campus spaces, and SOFS accounts. To stay compliant:

  • Re-Register on NvolveULink
  • Maintain a Current Constitution – Approved and on file with ASUN.
  • Complete Required Training
    • Annual Orientation – President & Primary Programmer must complete this training on NvolveU, covering policies, resources, and funding.
    • Treasurer Training – Required for managing RSO finances (available on-demand via NvolveU).
  • Federal Tax Compliance – RSOs earning over $5,000/year must complete SOFS paperwork.
