The Student Impact Awards Banquet is an annual event held to honor oustanding students in all areas of leadership on campus. Various awards, including the Spirit of Service Awards, Student Organization Awards, the Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contribution to the GLBT Community, and others are presented. Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) have an opportunity to honor their members, officers and advisors at this banquet. Awards are given in the following categories: President of the Year, Tresaurer of the Year, Officer of the Year, Member of the Year,
Advisor of the Year, New Advisor of the Year (for those serving 1-3 years), and RSO Education/Entertainment Program of the Year. The Student Impact Awards Banquet is held each April, and applications are made available at this site each January. Fantastic food is served, wonderful entertainment is provided, awards are presented and much fun is had by all!
