Recognized Student Organization Contracts, Sponsorships and Agreements
From time to time, it becomes necessary for a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) to enter into a contract or agreement with local or national businesses, speakers or performers. It is important to note that RSO officers, members or advisors should not be signing a contract of any kind with an entity outside the University. Contracts presented to RSOs by outside entities should be brought to the Student Involvement office to obtain the proper signatures. The information in this section outlines information for RSOs entering into contracts, working with sponsors/co-sponsorships and forming other agreements with individuals or groups.
