LeaderShape is six days full of friends, leadership, and fun!

The Nebraska LeaderShape Institute is an all expense paid six-day leadership retreat. At LeaderShape, students will engage in an integrity-based leadership curriculum centered on the identification of personal passions, the creation of future visions based on those passions, and the discovery of various steps each participant can take to make his or her vision a reality.

These goals are achieved through small group activities, self-evaluations, hands-on simulations, a ropes course , and many other exciting methods to learn about leadership. By the end of the week, a participant will develop many long-lasting friendships with fellow UNL participants while also learning about their personal passions and visions for the future.
