Direct Reservation Request for RSOs General/Series Meetings

All reservation requests are subject to approval. Requests will be processed between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. All requests need to be made by Noon the day before the event.  (For events occurring on Sunday or Monday you will need to have the request turned in by Noon the Friday before the event). You will receive confirmation from the Union Reservations staff in regards to this request. This form must be turned in or emailed to Union Reservations at either the Nebraska Union or Nebraska East Union
